Rainbet review for Canada: Anjouan licence, crypto payouts and the fine print
Not available in Ontario
ReelGazette score
out of 10 · Methodology
Canada: the operators on this page hold offshore licences (Curaçao or Anjouan). None is registered with the AGCO / iGaming Ontario, so none is a legal option in Ontario. Provincial rules differ elsewhere — check what applies where you live.
Licence & legal status
Availability (Canada): not excluded by the operator’s terms. Canada is not on the Terms §4.1.3 country list. Rainbet holds no AGCO/iGaming Ontario registration, so it is not a legal option in Ontario. Source
Anjouan (Union of Comoros) offshore gaming licence — ALSI-152406029-FI2, Internet gaming licence — validator status VALID; register status Active.
Verdict
Rainbet is an Anjouan-licensed crypto casino whose terms do not exclude Canada. It scores 7.9 on our public-data checklist, the highest in this edition: terms, cashier and bonus rules are spelled out and support is 24/7. Points are lost for a terms clause that names a different licensing body, no general minimum deposit and no deposit limits. Not an option in Ontario.
What we like
- Licence ALSI-152406029-FI2 shows as Active in the Anjouan register and VALID in the validator.
- Operator states crypto withdrawals are typically sent within 5–15 minutes.
- Two welcome paths, including one with no 40x rollover.
What to watch
- Offshore Anjouan licence; not registered in Ontario.
- Crypto deposits carry a 1x wager lock before withdrawal (Terms §8.7).
- Terms §21.6 names a different licensing body for complaints than the rest of the document.

Licence
Rainbet’s terms name Rain Group Ltd (Anjouan registration no. 16077) as operator. The Anjouan regulator’s register lists licence ALSI-152406029-FI2 for rainbet.com as Active, and the licence validator returns VALID. Anjouan is an offshore licence: it does not authorise Rainbet to serve any Canadian province’s regulated market.
One inconsistency: §21.6 of the terms refers complaints to “Gaming Services Provider N.V.” as the licensing body, a name that does not match the Anjouan licence. We flag it as unresolved.
Canada and Ontario
Terms §4.1.3 excludes the USA, France, the Netherlands, Australia, Austria, Germany, the UK and Spain, among others — not Canada. Ontario only allows operators registered with the AGCO, and Rainbet is not, so the site is not a legal choice there.
Cashier rules worth knowing
- Crypto deposits are credited after one network confirmation but must be wagered once before withdrawal (§8.7).
- Minimum withdrawal is $15 (§8.1); no Rainbet commission after one full wager of the deposit (§8.2).
- Bank transfers and gift cards are mentioned on the homepage without detail for Canada.
Safer gambling
Self-exclusion starts from the site footer: a 24-hour cooldown confirmed by email, then a choice of longer exclusion periods. Rainbet says self-exclusion cannot be reversed, and permanent closure is only possible after a 90-day exclusion (§6.9–6.12). Canadian players can also use the free supports listed on our responsible gambling page.
Not yet verified
- Terms §21.6 names "Gaming Services Provider N.V." as licensing body for complaints, while §1 and the validator name an Anjouan licence — inconsistent.
- No general minimum deposit published (the $30 figure applies only to the welcome offer).
- Fiat options ("Bank Transfers, Gift cards") are mentioned on the homepage without per-country detail.
Frequently asked questions
Does Rainbet accept players from Canada?
Canada is not on the restricted list in Rainbet's Terms §4.1.3. Rainbet is not registered with iGaming Ontario, so it is not a legal option in Ontario.
What is the minimum withdrawal at Rainbet?
$15, per Terms §8.1. Rainbet does not charge commission once a deposit has been wagered at least once (§8.2).
What are the Rainbet welcome bonus terms?
The homepage describes a 40x-wagered three-deposit path (100% / 50% / 100% match plus 20 free spins each) and a no-rollover path that unlocks as you play; both need a minimum deposit of $30 (max $700). Under Terms §9.2, winnings from welcome promo codes are capped at $50 withdrawable. Checked 28 October 2026.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes, Rainbet can request KYC at any time. While an account is only 'Temporarily Approved', deposits are capped at EUR 500 and withdrawals are blocked (Terms §20.1).
