Verdict
Rainbet is not available to people in Australia. Its terms exclude Australia and its territories, its Anjouan licence lists Australia as an excluded territory, and Australian law prohibits offering online casino games to people here. Under our methodology the score is capped at 3.0 for that reason. We do not rank or link it in this edition.

Short answer
Rainbet does not accept Australian players. We checked three things on 28 October 2026:
- Rainbet’s terms — §4.1.3 lists “Australia and its territories” among restricted jurisdictions.
- Its licence — the Anjouan licence ALSI-152406029-FI2 (Rain Group Ltd) lists Australia as an excluded territory.
- Australian law — the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 prohibits offering online casino games to people in Australia, and the ACMA blocks illegal offshore sites.
Getting around the restriction with a VPN breaches Rainbet’s terms (§3.4), and §8.6 says withdrawals cannot be guaranteed for anyone who breaks the restricted-use rules.
Why we have this page
People search for Rainbet in Australia, so we explain plainly why it is not an option. This page contains no rankings, bonuses or links to the operator. For help with gambling, see our responsible gambling page.
Not yet verified
- Terms §21.6 names "Gaming Services Provider N.V." as licensing body for complaints, while §1 and the validator name an Anjouan licence — inconsistent.
- No general minimum deposit published (the $30 figure applies only to the welcome offer).
- Fiat options ("Bank Transfers, Gift cards") are mentioned on the homepage without per-country detail.
Frequently asked questions
Can Australians play at Rainbet?
No. Rainbet's Terms §4.1.3 lists 'Australia and its territories' as restricted, and its Anjouan licence also excludes Australia. Its terms also forbid VPNs (§3.4) and say withdrawals cannot be guaranteed if you breach the restricted-use rules (§8.6).
Is it legal to offer online casinos in Australia?
No. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 it is illegal to provide online casino games such as online pokies, roulette or blackjack to people in Australia. The ACMA enforces the law and has offshore gambling sites blocked.
What can I use instead?
Licensed Australian wagering services (for example sports and race betting) are a separate, regulated category. If gambling is a problem, Gambling Help Online and the BetStop self-exclusion register are free.
