PayID Casinos Australia
“PayID casino” sites target Australians, but online casino games may not be offered to people in Australia under the IGA 2001. What to know before paying any.
Australia — Interactive Gambling Act 2001: no operator may lawfully offer online casino games to people in Australia, whatever licence it holds elsewhere. The ACMA enforces the IGA and has offshore casino sites blocked. This page is information only: it contains no rankings or operator links, and each operator page explains why that operator is not an option for people in Australia.
Why “PayID casinos” are a red flag
PayID lets you pay using an email address or phone number linked to an Australian bank account, so sites aimed at Australians advertise it heavily. But under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 online casino games cannot lawfully be offered to people in Australia. A casino that accepts PayID from you is targeting a market where it is not allowed to operate. The ACMA has blocked many such sites.
What you give up
- No regulator. There is no Australian authority to complain to if an offshore casino withholds winnings.
- Terms that exclude you. Offshore operators’ own terms often bar Australians: Rainbet lists Australia as restricted (§4.1.3) and forbids VPNs (§3.4).
- No BetStop. The national self-exclusion register does not reach offshore casinos.
We do not list or link any PayID casino. If gambling is a concern, see our responsible gambling page.

Frequently asked questions
Are PayID casinos legal in Australia?
Paying by PayID is legal; offering online casino games to people in Australia is not, under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. Any casino site taking PayID from Australians is operating outside Australian law.
Why don't you list PayID casinos?
Because the operators cannot lawfully serve Australians, our Australian edition is information only: no rankings and no operator links.
