The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate page names Natural Nine B.V. (company no. 160998) as holder of licence OGL/2024/1337/0628, status Active, licensed since 16 October 2024. The certificate lists the domains it covers — shuffle.ag, shuffle.bet, shuffle.casino and other mirrors — but not shuffle.com itself, so our licence check “domain listed” is not met.
Country rules for Canada
Shuffle’s Terms of Service (v1.9) §7.3 prohibits use from a fixed list of countries — Canada is not on it — and from anywhere online gambling is illegal or requires a licence Shuffle does not hold. Ontario requires AGCO registration and an iGaming Ontario agreement, so Ontario residents are excluded in practice. For the rest of Canada, Shuffle is an offshore option outside the provincial systems.
Payments
The terms describe deposits from a cryptocurrency wallet and withdrawals sent to the wallet you nominate, with identity checks possible at any time. For Canadian dollars, Shuffle’s help centre lists Interac e-Transfer and Interac Request Money deposits (instant to 15 minutes) and Interac e-Transfer withdrawals (instant to 30 minutes), $5 minimum and $10,000 maximum per transaction, with no Shuffle fee. Level 2 ID verification is required before the first withdrawal. These are the operator’s figures; we have not made test transactions.
