Duelbits review for Canada: CGA licence, crypto cashier and Ontario status
Not available in Ontario
ReelGazette score
out of 10 · Methodology
Canada: the operators on this page hold offshore licences (Curaçao or Anjouan). None is registered with the AGCO / iGaming Ontario, so none is a legal option in Ontario. Provincial rules differ elsewhere — check what applies where you live.
Licence & legal status
Availability (Canada): not excluded by the operator’s terms. Canada is not on the restricted list and is named as an accepted market. Duelbits holds no AGCO/iGaming Ontario registration, so it is not a legal option in Ontario. Source
Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) — OGL/2024/1507/0838, B2C games of chance (LOK), granted 01/11/2024, status Active.
Verdict
Duelbits is a Curaçao-licensed, crypto-first casino whose terms accept Canadian players outside Ontario. On our public-data checklist it scores 7.5: the licence, company details and cashier rules are fully published, but it offers no deposit limits, its live terms were not readable from our network and its welcome-offer terms are not on a page we could verify.
What we like
- Licence verifiable in the Curaçao Gaming Authority register (OGL/2024/1507/0838, Active).
- Low minimum: $1 for USDC on Solana; most coins have no minimum deposit.
- No platform withdrawal fee and no stated maximum cap (network fees still apply).
What to watch
- Offshore: no AGCO / iGaming Ontario registration — not a legal option for players in Ontario.
- Every withdrawal is paid in crypto; Interac only buys crypto through a third-party provider.
- 10% of each deposit must be wagered before you can withdraw (ToS §5.3).

Licence and who runs it
Duelbits is run by Liquid Entertainment N.V., a Curaçao company (no. 153298). The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s public register shows licence OGL/2024/1507/0838, granted on 1 November 2024 and marked Active. Some older review sites still quote a “365/JAZ” sub-licence — that has been superseded by the CGA licence above.
Can Canadians play?
Duelbits’ help centre reproduces section 3.2 of its Terms of Service and names Canada among accepted markets. The restricted list covers, among others, Australia, the US, the UK, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Belgium. Ontario is a different matter: Ontario only permits operators registered with the AGCO and contracted with iGaming Ontario, and Duelbits is not one of them.
Payments
All withdrawals are paid in crypto. Duelbits charges no withdrawal fee of its own and sets no maximum, but blockchain network fees apply. Minimum withdrawals start at $10 for most coins and $50 for BTC and ETH. For Canada, Interac appears as a fiat on-ramp that buys crypto through a third party — a deposit route, not a way to cash out.
Before any withdrawal, Duelbits requires at least 10% of the deposited amount to be wagered (ToS §5.3) — a small requirement, but worth knowing if you only want to park funds.
What we have not checked yet
We could not load the live Terms page from our network, so the country list is taken from the help centre’s verbatim copy of §3.2. Welcome and rakeback terms will be added when we can quote them from a primary page.
Not yet verified
- Live ToS (duelbits.com/en/tos) not readable from our network (Cloudflare challenge) — restricted list taken from the official help centre's copy of §3.2.
- Some third-party sites cite an older Curaçao licence "365/JAZ" — superseded; the CGA register shows OGL/2024/1507/0838.
- Welcome/rakeback terms not captured from a primary page.
Frequently asked questions
Is Duelbits legal in Canada?
Duelbits holds a Curaçao (CGA) licence, not a Canadian one. Its own country list names Canada as accepted, but it is not registered with iGaming Ontario, so it is not a legal option in Ontario. Other provinces run their own regulated sites; offshore sites operate outside that system.
What is the Duelbits minimum deposit?
Duelbits says the lowest minimum is $1 for USDC on the Solana network and that most coins have no minimum; ERC-20 USDT needs $50. Checked 28 October 2026.
Can I deposit with Interac at Duelbits?
Interac is listed as the fiat option for Canada, but it works as a crypto purchase through a third-party provider and is deposit-only. Withdrawals are always paid in cryptocurrency.
How fast are Duelbits withdrawals?
The operator states most withdrawals arrive within minutes: USDT on TRC-20 in seconds, LTC/SOL/XRP within a few minutes, BTC in 10–30 minutes. Security reviews can add time. We have not measured this ourselves yet.
