Jackbit (now Jack.com) in Australia: licence facts and why it isn't an option
ReelGazette score
out of 10 · Methodology
Australia — Interactive Gambling Act 2001: no operator may lawfully offer online casino games to people in Australia, whatever licence it holds elsewhere. The ACMA enforces the IGA and has offshore casino sites blocked. This page is information only: it contains no rankings or operator links, and each operator page explains why that operator is not an option for people in Australia.
Licence & legal status
Availability (Australia): excluded. Jack's terms exclude only Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia and Moldova, and even list AUD as a currency, but say players must only use the service where it is legal. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 it is not legal to offer online casino games to people in Australia, so we treat Jack as not available to Australians. Source
Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) — OGL/2024/1562/1139, B2C games of chance (LOK), granted 23/07/2025 per CGA, status Active.
Verdict
Jackbit now redirects to Jack.com, a Curaçao-licensed crypto casino. Its terms do not exclude Australia by name, but offering online casino games to people in Australia is illegal under the IGA 2001, so the score is capped at 3.0 under our methodology. We do not rank or link it in this edition.

From Jackbit to Jack.com
When we checked on 28 October 2026, jackbit.com led to jack.com. The company page names Data Link Digital B.V. (Curaçao, company no. 164124) as operator, with a Cyprus company acting as payment agent.
Licence
The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate lists licence OGL/2024/1562/1139 as Active, granted 23 July 2025. Jack’s own company page gives the issue date as 15 May 2026 — a discrepancy we cannot resolve from public sources.
Why it is not an option in Australia
Jack’s terms (§3) exclude only Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia and Moldova, and otherwise put the burden on the player to play only where it is legal. In Australia it is not: the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 prohibits providing online casino games to people in Australia, whatever licence the operator holds elsewhere, and the ACMA has offshore sites blocked.
This page contains no rankings, bonuses or links to the operator. Free, confidential support is listed on our responsible gambling page.
Not yet verified
- Licence date mismatch: the CGA certificate says granted 23/07/2025, Jack's company page says issued 15/May/2026.
- No minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal, withdrawal times or fee schedule published ("depends on the payment method").
- Promotions page is script-rendered — no welcome-offer terms readable.
Frequently asked questions
Is Jackbit the same as Jack.com?
On 28 October 2026 jackbit.com resolved to jack.com. Jack.com's company page names Data Link Digital B.V. (Curaçao) as operator.
Does Jack.com accept Australians?
Its terms exclude only Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia and Moldova — not Australia — and even list AUD among currencies, but they require players to use the service only where it is lawful. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, online casino games may not be offered to people in Australia, so it is not a legal option.
What licence does Jack.com hold?
Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1562/1139. The CGA certificate shows it was granted on 23 July 2025; Jack's own company page says it was issued on 15 May 2026. We report both dates as found.
